Complex system for decision-making support was developed and implemented by the experts at qualification expert examination of the applications for the inventions. This system is integrated into the dynamic expertise knowledge base and the common search portal of “Ukrpatent”.

Such development essentially facilitates searching and processing of the information required by the customer-company staff for patent expertise. The system created by Finport Technologies is the only integrated search portal. This development enables to make a good use of patent information databases of “Ukrpatent” and world patent departments, as well as scientific-and-information materials databases for qualified expert examination. The system’s major tasks are these: searching and processing of the found information, creating flexible forms of providing search results, forming the reports (according to the requirements previously fixed by an expert), and formalization of interaction process between the company‘s organization departments.

This project developed by the Finport Technologies specialists is based on setting up the «Universal operator’s workplace» in the «UkrSotsBank»’s call center. The bank’s call-center is one of the hubs through which the banking services are sold; its main function is to provide clients with detailed advise relative to provided by the bank services such as credits, deposits, transfers, pay cards etc. Working around the clock it provides reference on the bank’s telephones, branches and ATM machines.
